The assistant is opened from the AI Assistant icon on a data point's toolbar. It is scoped to that data point: it already knows which disclosure you are in, what the standard asks for there, what the report covers, and what you have written so far.
What it can look at
The assistant can search:
- the text of the reporting standard itself, so it can explain what a disclosure asks for, what its application requirements mean and what the guidance says,
- your organisation's other reports and the answers in them,
- your organisation files and indexed data point attachments,
- Swedish company register data, for basic facts about a company.
It reads only what your own account may read. It cannot see other organisations.
How an answer reaches the report
Nothing the assistant writes is saved automatically. When it has a concrete value for the data point, the reply carries an Apply to field button. Pressing it writes the value into the data point, exactly as if you had typed it, and it is recorded in the history with an AI badge.
If you edit that value afterwards, the history records that too, as Edited after AI.
Conversations
Each data point keeps its own conversation, so returning to a question later picks up where you left off rather than starting cold.
Using the assistant spends AI credits. When your monthly balance runs out the chat is disabled until it resets, and everything else in the report keeps working.
