Custom topics and disclosures

Extending the standard with your own cards, and restyling the standard ones.

Permission

Organisation administrator

Settings → Topics & Disclosures lets an organisation add to the standard structure and change how it is presented, without affecting any other organisation.

Choosing a version

Customisations belong to one version of the standard. Pick the version at the top of the tab; only published versions can be chosen, and it defaults to the one your organisation is using.

Adding your own cards

Create topic suggests the next free custom topic id and asks for a name and a description. Inside a topic you can add custom disclosures, and inside a disclosure, custom data points.

Use this for material the standard does not cover but your report should: a local requirement, an owner's reporting request, an internal KPI you want to record alongside the regulated ones.

Restyling standard topics

Editing a topic, standard or custom, lets you set:

• an organisation-specific name and description,
• an introduction text,
• an image and a hero image (PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG, up to 5 MB),
• an accent colour.
