Users and groups
Adding colleagues, and deciding what each of them can reach.

Adding a user
Settings → Users → Add User. Give first name, last name and email address. The person is created and added to your organisation, and can sign in with that email.
An administrator can only add people to their own organisation.
Editing a user
The pencil next to a user lets you change their name and manage which groups they belong to. The email address cannot be changed.
Groups
A group is a named set of permissions, for example "Reporters" or "Reviewers". Settings → Groups → Add Group asks for a name, a description, and then a level per resource:
| Resource | Covers |
|---|---|
| Report | The reports area and everything inside a report. |
| Files | The organisation file library. |
| Publication | Creating and managing publications. |
Each resource takes one of four levels: None, Read, Read & Write, or Full access.
You attach a group to a person from the user's edit dialog, not from the group screen. A person can be in several groups, and gets the highest level any of their groups grants.
Per-report access
Beyond the organisation-wide level, a single report can be shared with a group at its own level from that report's settings. A report-level entry can raise a group's access for that report; it cannot lower it below what the group already has.
